WhatsApp chaos
Applications over group chats, payments chased manually, no paper trail if something goes wrong.
A better way to run market days
Make your market.
Discover markets you didn't know existed, apply for pitches, and build a trading reputation that opens doors without having to know someone who knows someone.

The problem
Finding markets still means knowing someone who knows someone. Booking a pitch means WhatsApp messages, emails back and forth, and vague will-they-won't-they turn up. There's no accountability, no paper trail, and no recourse when things go wrong.
Applications over group chats, payments chased manually, no paper trail if something goes wrong.
Great markets that would love new traders are invisible unless you already know the organiser.
No-shows, misrepresented pitches, and cancelled markets often come with no refund process and no recourse.
Stop hunting through Facebook groups and WhatsApp threads to find your next market.
List your market for free and manage applications in one place instead of chasing messages.
Discover what markets are on near you, when they are happening, and which traders you will find there with a public directory built for real local discovery.
How it works
Gazeboo gives each audience a simpler path into market days, from discovery to booking to showing up.
Search by postcode and category. See the mix of traders already at each market. Apply directly - no group chats, no waiting to be noticed.
List your market for free. Review applications with full trader ratings and history visible. Approve, decline, or waitlist in one tap.
Search markets near you by date and location. See which traders are attending and plan your visit.
Only on Gazeboo
Attending a new market means not knowing if you'll fit in or step on someone else's toes. Gazeboo shows the category mix at every market - hot sauce, jewellery, baked goods - so you know before you apply.
Traders choose whether to show their presence publicly, giving the community transparency without revealing exactly who attends where.

How a booking works
No phone calls. No WhatsApp threads. No chasing.
Search markets by postcode, category, and date. See the category mix. Apply with your pitch requirements. Your declared pitch size, setup type, and PLI details are captured at this point.
The organiser reviews your application with your full profile and ratings visible. They approve, decline, or waitlist you. If approved with a discount or waiver, the reason is logged. You're notified immediately.
You have 24 hours to complete payment via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed on payment. A message thread opens with the organiser automatically.
Check in on the day - one tap in the app. After the market, both you and the organiser leave a review. Your rating grows with every market you attend.
Create your market listing with pitch types, pricing, and requirements. Your first listing is reviewed by Gazeboo before going live. Every listing after that goes live immediately.
Applications come in through Gazeboo - no WhatsApp, no email inbox. See each trader's profile, ratings, and booking history before you decide. Approve at full price, apply a discount, waive the fee, or decline.
Traders pay via Stripe when approved. Payment arrives in your connected account. No chasing invoices. No cash handling.
See all confirmed traders in one place on the day. Confirm check-ins. Message all traders at once if anything changes. After the market, reviews open automatically.

Last-minute pitch available? Traders are notified quickly, Gazeboo+ subscribers get a 15-minute head start, and organisers still approve the right trader before payment.
Flash Pitches
When a confirmed trader cancels close to market day, or an organiser has last-minute availability, they can open a Flash Pitch - a discounted pitch with fast-track applications from interested traders.
Gazeboo+ subscribers are notified 15 minutes before free tier traders, so they can get their application in early. Organisers still approve the right trader before payment.
